James has been with LRCM since 2015. Prior to joining LRCM James had over 25 years of professional experience in banking and finance. These areas included corporate banking at large southeast reginal banks, U.S. Small Business Administration Program lending, a CFO in a large data company, and CEO and owner of a business consulting company.  James’ experience and responsibilities include engagement planning, internal control testing, fieldwork, compliance testing with federal and state single audit requirements, preparation of financial statements, note disclosures, and various auditor’s reports, as well as the supervision and training of firm staff on audit, and other engagements. 

James graduated from Florida State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting – Summa Cum Laude and Management, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.  James is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
